  • Free 20-minute call. A relaxed conversation — no commitment to get started.
  • Come prepared. Bring your goals, a few sites or competitors you like, and a rough idea of the pages you'll need.
  • Fit & direction. By the end we'll both know it's a fit, with a clear approach mapped out.
  • Proposal within 48 hours. You'll get it in writing — scope, timeline, and pricing — within 48 hours of the call.

Once you approve the proposal, we set the foundation — and the moment everything is in place, your launch countdown begins.

  • 50% deposit. Confirms your project and reserves the build (refundable within 24 hours); the balance is due at launch.
  • Your materials. Sitemap signed off, plus your written content and photos handed over.
  • Domain & DNS. Your domain is pointed to us — or we map out the DNS together — so the site can go live on it.
  • The 10-day clock starts. With the deposit, your content, and the domain all in place, the ~10-business-day launch window begins.
