Copywriting help website builds

We draft and polish the words on your site — headlines, page text, button labels — in your brand's voice, so it reads like you (not generic filler).

SEO + analytics setup website builds

A one-time setup at build: we optimize each page so Google understands it (page titles, descriptions, headings, image alt text, fast clean structure) and install analytics so you can see your traffic. Ongoing reports come with the Care or Grow plan.

Edit $34.99

A content update to your existing site — up to 5 photo swaps/additions and 2,000 words of text, plus details like hours or prices. No new pages or features. Published on the next regular cycle — the 1st or the 15th. (Care includes 1 edit a month and Grow includes 2; their per-edit sizes are listed below.)

Urgent edit $250

Jump the cycle — your edit is live within 48 hours of submission. Same scope as a regular edit; Care members get 28% off, Grow 43%. Critical corrections — factually wrong info (phone, hours, address), broken links, or an error on our side — are never billed as urgent: we fix those promptly, free, on every plan.

Included edits Care & Grow

Care includes 1 edit a month, up to 5 photos & ~500 words each. Grow includes 2, up to 10 photos & ~1,500 words each. Photos are a firm limit; the word count is a guideline. Included edits are on request, don't roll over; need more, buy extras at the one-off rate.

New page or feature from $89.99

Something new added to your site — a section (testimonials, FAQ, gallery), a whole new page (About, Services, Contact), or a feature like a booking widget. Priced from $89.99 depending on scope.

Blog post $32.99

A post written and published to your blog (Substack or Ghost). Needs a blog set up first — start with Blog launchpad.

Full-site reveal Grow

Once a year on the Grow plan: a hands-on refresh of your site — photos, social profiles, on-page SEO and an analytics deep-dive — with clear recommendations. Bigger changes are quoted separately.

Revisions

Rounds of changes during your build — one for The Local, 3 for The Signature. On The Flagship we revise until it's right: revisions continue until you approve the pre-launch build, and once approved we collect the remaining balance and publish. Reasonable changes within scope; new features or a change of direction are quoted separately.

We build and host your site on fast, enterprise-grade cloud hosting that we set up and manage for you, so it's one less thing to handle. You still own everything and can take it with you anytime.
